I haven't had any experience with SixApart, but I imagine just about anywhere you go is going to have better support than we have here at tBlog... I mean, a little support is better than none at all. Frankly, I'm sticking to my opinion that Rocky is overwhelmed and can't seem to pull his head out to undo what he has done. I suspect all the bot blogs have done him in and he just doesn't know what to do. Even if he is researching alternatives to flush out the 'unwanted' from his server, he is dismal as far as communicating to his customers go. I support the notion of leaving. Just shoot us a quick message when you do go, or perhaps leave behind a link so we can read you in your new place, please. posted by: almsthvn (reply) post date: 08.18.05 (9:14 am) I've got a journal set up over at LiveJournal, which is free :) I prefer it to Blogger, which is also free, but I like the commenting better at LJ (nests them, not just a straight list, so you can follow conversation threads) posted by: Alain (reply) post date: 08.18.05 (9:23 am) Jim, I had a problem with the new blog I'm doing with my client and as you saw on my blog, they responded within 16 minutes to solve it. If you figure out how to insure that you won't get billed again, please let me know. And I second Lindy's thoughts... link please. :) j |
